Or, no, not really. Woke up to the surprise of no water. It appears that some work is being done on the water grid, and we won’t have water until 8 pm or so. And it seems that quite a large area is without water. Luckily, I keep a few bottles of tapwater (which isn’t drinkable) for just such occasions, because (especially in summer) the water pressure is really low, as I’m on the top floor in my building.
Uni obligations are slowly but surely diminishing. I’ve got a presentation with a friend today, on Software Architecture, which should be rather interesting. It’s based on 8 academic papers from the I-Triple-E, and we’re hoping that everything will turn out well. I’ve also got to hand in a literature review for my wireless networks class, and a report for the industrial project we have been working on over the past semester. And hello exams. Those I’m not looking forward to. Especially the wireless networks exam.
Rained like hell on monday. I actually got ready and headed off to classes. By the time I reached the bus stop, I was soaked to my underwear, and thought to myself - “Screw this, I’m going back home.”. After half an hour, it stopped raining ofcourse, but it was already too late. So I called a friend, he picked me up, and we headed off to grab a few pints of Guinness. So I leave you with this rather tasty image:
